QUALITY CONTROL
We perform quality control tests on incoming raw materials and on outgoing finished production batches to fulfill and exceed our customer’s specifications and requirements. Code dated batch samples are retained for one year for possible future reference.
PACKAGING AND FILLING
Piston and Gravity filling machines along with quick-fill 5-gallon packaging. Our packaging department works alongside our production staff to ensure on-time product deployment and unsurpassed quality control from start to finish.
PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES
Numerous mixing tanks with 200-gallon to 1500-gallon batch sizes. High sheer mixing and variable speed agitation for high viscosity products. 5000 square ft building dedicated for production and an addition 5000 square ft for storage and distribution.
